Democracy Flow is a high-fidelity AI-guided civic education platform built as a submission for the Google PromptWars hackathon. Civic guidelines and voting protocols in India are traditionally documented in long legal texts, making them inaccessible to the average citizen.
Democracy Flow transforms this information into a cinematic, scroll-synchronized interactive path. By combining GSAP ScrollTrigger animations with Sarvam AI (sarvam-m), we provide citizens with a personalized multilingual "Election Mentor" capable of answering complex civic queries in Hindi, English, and Hinglish.

Key Platform Features
1. Scroll-Synchronized Lifecycle Journey
Using GSAP (GreenSock Animation Platform), the site orchestrates a fluid timeline visualizing the 6 stages of the election lifecycle (Voter Registration, Nominations, Campaigning, Polling, Counting, and Results). As the user scrolls, the UI dynamically pans, rotates, and morphs cards to tell a visual story.
2. Multi-Lingual AI Mentor (Sarvam-Native)
The platform integrates the sarvam-m model, optimized for Indian languages. We engineered a strict multilingual system prompt ensuring 100% adherence to the user's selected language:
- English: Formal technical explanations.
- Hindi (Devanagari): Native vocabulary for constitutional terminology.
- Hinglish (Latin script): Casual, high-relatability conversational phrasing for youth demographics.
3. Interactive Quick Quiz Engine
At each lifecycle stage, users can trigger a short, dynamically compiled quiz. Correct answers unlock the Informed Voter Badge, which generates a custom sharing link for LinkedIn and WhatsApp to drive civic awareness.
